Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on any item that You have ordered, we will notify You via Email.

Q: How to shop online?
A: Select "How to Order" Tab, then fill out the Order Form and submit it. An order confirmation email will be sent to You, usually it will take time about 2 x 24 hours.

Q: How can I modify my order?
A: Please be advised that once an order has been placed & paid, we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations. You may do another order form if there is any additional to Your last order.

Q: Do You provide any paper catalogue?
A: Our products are frequently updated therefore our website will serve as the main catalogue which can be accessed from all over the world.

PAYMENT RELATED

Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: For Indonesia customers, we prefer ATM or InterBank transfer to our BCA / CIMB / BRI / UOB account. Alternatively, we also accept Paypal payment with an extra charge around 4% of Your total payment.

Q: Can I make payment immediately?
A: We would advise our shoppers to make payment immediately AFTER placing Your orders AND receiving a confirmation email from us, so You'd know which items are out of stock and how much is the shipping charge.

Q: I want to make payment by Credit card but do not wish to register a paypal account, is that OK?
A: We apologized that we do not accept any direct credit card / debit card payment due to international payment safety. You can simply pay through "www.paypal.com" without the need to register an account. However, registering with Paypal is always advised.

Q: Do You ship to where I live?
A: Yes we are able to ship to anywhere in the world. Please refer to our shipping details.

Q: How long do You take to ship out my items?
A: We would process all orders upon payment confirmation and send for processing. Orders usually take about 1 - 2 working weeks for local delivery and 2 - 3 weeks for international delivery to reach our customers subjected to flight schedules and customs check.

Q: Why I do not see the shipping prices calculated automatically by the system for my overseas address?
A: As the shipping charges are updated regularly, we will calculate the shipping charges based on the country of Your orders and total volumetric weight.

Q: How do I track my parcel?
A: To track Your parcel, You can track Your parcel through TIKI/JNE/Indonesia Post website which a tracking number will be sent to You upon posting of your items.
